Camp Blue Bay Fall Family Festival 2026
Date: October 24-25, 2026
Celebrate Fall with your family at Camp Blue Bay. Enjoy a relaxed morning on your own, arriving at camp, getting settled, visiting a local attraction and enjoying a packed lunch with your family before an exciting afternoon full of messy fun fall activities. After dinner join us for a costume dance party and s'mores around the campfire.
Feeling eager to start early? Kick off your day with an optional outdoor cooking workshop (for a small fee) and whip up a tasty fall treat before the festivities begin. Perfect for early birds who can't wait to get started! Additional $10 per person for the optional morning workshop.
The event can accommodate up to 200 people in platform tents. Limited indoor space (dormitory style Troop Houses) available upon request.
Who: Open to all registered GSNC Girl Scouts and their families.
Cost: $55.00 per person (Includes Saturday dinner and Sunday breakfast plus activities)
Please Note:
- Due to limited capacity and high interest in this event please note we may not be able to place everyone.
- All participants will be required to follow all Camp Blue Bay rules and procedures.
- This is an individual Girl Scout program - not a Troop event. We will not accept Troop registrations and cannot guarantee that large groups will be placed together.
-Indoor space and tents will be assigned based on the number of people in your group; groups will be expected to share sites.
Registration Process - Be sure to review before proceeding
* Registrations will be processed in the order they are submitted
* Please select your first accommodation choice to be added to our registration list
* You have an option of choosing a second choice if another accommodation style would also work for you
* You will receive and email within 10 days of registration letting you know if you have been placed in the program or have been added to the waitlist.
* When placed your confirmation email will include a link to allow you to pay by credit card, Cookie Credits, or apply for Financial Assistance. Payment must be made within 7 days of receiving your confirmation email or your registration will be canceled.
GSNC Council Camp Programs Cancellation and Refund Policy
Canceling for any reason at least four weeks before the event will receive a full refund. Canceling for any reason at least two weeks before the event will receive a 50% percent refund. No refund will be issued for canceling within two weeks of the event unless due to medical or extenuating circumstance. Complete the Extenuating Circumstance Refund request form including a doctor's note or pertinent information. Full refunds will be issued if the event is canceled for any reason by Girl Scouts of Nassau County.
All Camp Blue Bay programs are rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather, refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled by Girl Scouts of Nassau County.
