How to apply for financial assistance:
For Membership Registration
- For girls in need of assistance that are in a volunteer-led troop, click the Financial Assistance button during the online registration process. The request will be reviewed by GSNC and parent will be notified of decision.
- For staff led troops and community program memberships, the membership forms are collected at the meeting and a designated staff member enters them into the system.
Troop Dues, Uniform, Uniform Set-up, Books
For Trips, Programs, Events, and Council Camp Programs (excluding Summer Camp)
- Complete the Financial Aid for Program Request form. The request will be reviewed by GSNC and parent will be notified of decision. Decisions are typically made within 5 business days.
- If registering for a GSNC council run program, the application to apply for Financial Assistance is included on all program listings in the long description portion of the gsEvents listing. The request will be reviewed by GSNC and parent will be notified of decision. Decisions are typically made within 5 business days.
Summer Camp
- Select the Financial Assistance option during the online summer camp registration process completed through the Camp Docs platform. The request will be reviewed by GSNC and parent will be notified of decision.
