The Fall Product Program is more than just a fundraiser.

Mags&Munchies is a financial literacy program where Girl Scouts become entrepreneurs. Those who participate sell nuts, candy/chocolates, magazines, and more! Learn how to run their own business and develop valuable entrepreneurial skills, including:

Goal Setting
Decision Making
Money Management
People Skills
Business Ethics

Together, they earn proceeds for their troop to use during the Girl Scout year to fund activities and projects. It's a great way for them to practice before the Girl Scout Cookie season. Participants also receive exciting rewards, while offering family and friends the opportunity to purchase delicious munchies and exciting magazines.

How do I purchase Mags&Munchies? toggle arrow

Reach out to a local Girl Scout that you know to purchase products from our Mags&Munchies program.

Local Girl Scouts will be taking orders both in-person and online from September 25, 2026 through November 1, 2026

Where does the money from the Mags&Munchies Program go? toggle arrow

Money generated from Mags&Munchies sales helps to support Girl Scouting in Nassau County. About 50% of all sales go to our Council to help develop even more girl programming, including 13% to 18% of all sales that go to the troops. Girl Scouts also receive fun patches and awesome rewards!

How does the Mags&Munchies Program help Girl Scout Troops? toggle arrow

The Mags&Munchies Program is a great way to help defray some of the troop costs between start-up time and the Girl Scout Cookie® Program. Troop leaders can begin the year with great programming and the opportunity to raise extra funds for their Girl Scout troop.

Does Mags&Munchies accept coupons? toggle arrow

No, Mags&Munchies does not accept any coupons or discount offers.

Are checks acceptable payments? toggle arrow

Yes. Although online orders require a credit card, checks can be used to pay for in-person orders. Checks should be made payable to “Girl Scouts of Nassau County.” Please write the troop number in the “memo” line. Checks can also be made payable to the troop. Checks to pay for Mags&Munchies products should never be written to a specific person.
