Gain the practical skills and know-how to be a confident sitter when
you're home alone watching younger siblings or other children. Led by
the Manager of Outreach Services from Cohen Children's Medical Center,
learn how to prevent unsafe situations and what to do when faced with
dangers like power failures or weather emergencies. Learn basic first
aid and a system to help you assess and respond to injuries and
illnesses. You'll leave with a Safe Sitter Student Handbook and a
certificate of completion.

This is a drop-off event. No adults or tag-alongs are permitted in
the program. Fun patch, Safe Sitter Student Handbook and a
certificate of completion is included with program fee. Parents must

Note: Please arrive 10 minutes early
to enjoy a light breakfast. Please report any dietary restrictions in
the dietary restriction field when you register. All registrants must
