From the red carpet to the recording booth-your pop star journey begins here! You'll start by exploring what it takes to become a real pop star - learning about your favorite singers, how songs are created, and what goes into an amazing performance. Then, it's time to walk the red carpet and head into the recording studio, where you'll get a behind-the-scenes look at audio engineering and record your very own version of a favorite song in a professional vocal booth! After recording, take the stage to learn performance and stage presence techniques just like real artists do - then showcase your talent in a fun mini-performance!
Location: The Popstar Party, Syosset, NY
Important: This is a drop-off event. No additional adults or tag-alongs are permitted in the program. Meets some of the requirements for the Junior Musician badge or the Cadette Public Speaking badge which are available for purchase at the GSNC shop upon completion of all the badge requirements.
