Whether you're planting, weeding, exploring farm etiquette, or learning something brand-new, every visit offers a unique hands-on experience. No two days are the same-come see what's growing during your session! All crops grown will be donated to a local food bank, giving Girl Scouts a chance to learn, grow, and give back.

This ongoing series includes four signature events throughout the season:

  • Orientation - A kickoff session that answers parent questions and introduces families to the program.
  • Dig It Day - Saturday, May 16, 2026 (10am-12:00pm)- Roll up your sleeves for a fun planting and garden-prep experience.
  • Arbor Day - Saturday, April 25, 2026 (10am-12:00pm) Celebrate trees, nature, and sustainability with special activities.
  • Harvest Day - Two Saturdays in August actual dates TBD (10:00am-12:00pm) Gather the season's crops and celebrate the difference you've made.
  • Additional hands-on sessions will take place between these signature events, and registration includes multiple farm visits throughout the harvest season.Come learn, explore, and cultivate something amazing!

*Important the online orientation dates are just to familiarize your Girl Scout with the program. The sessions will be ongoing throughout the Spring/Summer. If you cannot make one of the orientation dates, please reach out to Amanda directly.
