GSNC Program & Events Cancellation and Refund Policy
Canceling for any reason fifteen days before the program/event by submitting a cancellation request at customercare@gsnc.org, will receive a full refund. A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations less than fifteen days and before the close of registration.  No refunds will be issued for canceling after the close of registration unless due to medical or extenuating circumstances. Complete the Extenuating Circumstance Refund request form including a doctor’s note or pertinent information. A full refund will be issued if the event is canceled for any reason by Girl Scouts of Nassau County.
 

GSNC Council Camp Programs Cancellation and Refund Policy
Canceling for any reason at least four weeks before the event will receive a full refund. Canceling for any reason at least two weeks before the event will receive a 50% percent refund. No refund will be issued for canceling within two weeks of the event unless due to medical or extenuating circumstance. Complete the Extenuating Circumstance Refund request form including a doctor’s note or pertinent information.  Full refunds will be issued if the event is canceled for any reason by Girl Scouts of Nassau County.
