The Democratic Process is at the core of Girl Scouting activity. From the Daisy Circle to the Council Annual Meeting, democratic decision making is our way of work.

Delegate Chair / Delegate training will prepare the elected Council Delegate, Delegate Chair and Alternate Delegate to participate in the process and to be the voice of their Association. This training is available online. Click here to get started.

The Association Nominating Committee training will review the process and calendar to be utilized in selecting Council Delegates and executing elections.

Governance Training Schedule

Registering on-line requests a place in the class; however, if the class is full, you will be notified and asked to submit another choice. Due to special circumstances, some classes will not be open to on-line registration. On the Training Schedule, these classes simply do not offer the option of on-line registration. Paper registrations will continue to be processed for all classes. Telephone registrations are not taken.

 

If you choose to have your confirmation sent via email, it must be the email address you wish to have linked to your membership record. If your information (address, telephone, e-mail) has changed since you filed your membership registration, please let us know.  Once you are placed in the event, you will receive a final confirmation from "confirmation@gsnc.org". Please add this email address to your "safe sender" list.

You may register others on line, but only your confirmation can be sent to your email address.  All others must be sent as paper confirmations.
