Leadership  Throughout this course, you have been encouraged to think about what you are trying to accomplish with each activity that you do with your girls.
As well, it has been pointed out numerous times and numerous ways that what is important in Girl Scouting is not WHAT you do, but HOW you do it.
This all leads to what we refer to as the concept of “purposeful leadership”.
How will your girls benefit from your purposeful leadership?
Girls will learn by your example
Girls will achieve the outcomes
By thinking about where you are trying to go, you will get there
By knowing what you are trying to accomplish, you will achieve it
