Our mission in Girl Scouting is to build girls of courage, confidence, and character who make the world a better place.  Each activity we do with girls should somehow lead to developing these leadership qualities in girls. 

That’s a lofty concept.  But how can we tell when a simple activity like going camping, selling cookies, or playing a game can lead to this outcome?
