Directions to North Hempstead Country Club:

LIE/Rte. 495 (East) to Exit 36 (Searingtown Road) North. Searingtown Road turns into Port Washington Blvd. Five Lights after the Land Mark diner, turn right into club. Two white pillars mark the entrance.

Lisa DiFilippi is Vice President of Alure Home Improvements, Inc. of Plainview , N.Y. Lisa began her career at Alure in 1995 as a bookkeeper. Over the next few years, Lisa's drive,experience, and belief in Alure's people-centered culture, helped her advance through the company, culminating in a promotion to her current position of Vice President in June of 2007.

Lisa has been instrumental in Alure's growth over the past 5 years, working closely with Salvatore Ferro, CEO, in strategic planning, budgeting and execution of Alure's financial plans. It's no surprise that during Lisa's rise to Vice President, Alure has also experienced great success by winning many awards, completing 7 Extreme Makeover Home Edition TV shows, and being a perennial top 10 on the "largest remodeling companies in America " list, according to Qualified Remodeler.

Lisa lives in East Meadow with her husband James of almost 20 years and their three children, Anthony, Samantha and Justin. Lisa has played an active role in the community over the years. She was the founding leader of a Daisy troop that went on to become Brownies and Juniors. Lisa wanted to ensure that her daughter would have the same great scouting experiences she had as a Girl Scout. She enjoys cooking, reading, the beach, spending time with her family, and being involved in her children's numerous sports and activities.
