Materials Needed:
- Pre-cut foam hearts, three different sizes and colors
- Elmer’s glue or hot glue
- Safety pin
- Fine point permanent marker
Directions:
Glue three graduated size hearts of different colors together. Insert safety pin in corner. Write Troop number on back, if desired
