Scarecrows in the Garden

Old Westbury Gardens is looking for entries for their October Scarecrow Garden. Use your imagination to create a scarecrow for all to see. Entries must be dropped off by Thursday, September 30, and will be on display from Saturday, October 2 through Sunday, October 31.

Participants will receive free admission tickets to Old Westbury Gardens.


Disney on Ice Presents Toy Story 3

Catch all the heroic action when Buzz Lightyear, Woody, Jessie and the Toy Story gang escape from the rambunctious tots of Sunnyside Daycare and race for home in their most daring adventure ever. It’s the biggest Toy Story experience on ice, jam-packed with fast-paced adventure.

Who: All Girl Scout troops, individuals, families and volunteers

Date & Time: Friday, November 12, 2010 at 7 pm

Place: Nassau Coliseum

Cost: Special Girl Scout discount available.

Monkey Around with Daisies

Come join us and have as much fun as a barrel full of monkeys! This session for Girl Scout Daisies will include some hands-on activities, while we earn the "Be A Reader" patch. There will also be samples of our Fall Products (nuts and candies).

Breathe Journey "Aware" Award for Cadettes - AT CAPACITY

breathe Spend a morning becoming more aware of the air, and of what's out there...with some special Girl Scout flair. Girls attending this workshop will earn the "Aware" award from the "It's Your Planet - Love It!" Cadette journey Breathe.
