MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN THE LIVES OF YOUNG GIRLS—SUPPORT THE GIRL SCOUTS OF NASSAU COUNTY!

Garden City, NY October 23, 2007 – Want to give girls a safe environment to play, learn, grow and make new friends? Help girls everywhere share these experiences by donating to the Girl Scouts of Nassau County today!

“It costs $207 a year to serve one girl,” said Donna Ceravolo, Executive Director, Girl Scouts of Nassau County. “We are very grateful for community donations that help us continue to build girls of courage, confidence and character.”

Girl Scouting has changed over the years, but many of its traditions and core values of honesty and good citizenship remain the same. Girl Scouts provides girls with a safe, nurturing environment where they can learn and grow together to make the world a better place. Continue the legacy and make it possible for girls everywhere to have the opportunity to experience all that Girl Scouting has to offer.
