GIRL SCOUTS MAKE GIFT GIVING EASY
Garden City, NY September 20, 2006 -- Not sure what to get your colleagues this holiday season? Finding that perfect gift is not always easy, especially for co-workers. Luckily, Girl Scouts of Nassau County, through its Fall Products Program, offers an array of magazines, books, music and nuts and candy for the holidays.
"Girl Scouts is happy to offer this discounted service to the public and we hope it helps relieve some stress associated with the gift giving process," says Donna Ceravolo, Executive Director, Girl Scouts of Nassau County. "The Fall Products Program also provides a funding source for our girls that finances the exciting and challenging opportunities that make up the Girl Scout Leadership Program."
The Fall Product Program offered by the Girl Scouts of Nassau County allows the purchaser to renew (or order) their favorite magazines for lower prices than found elsewhere. By ordering through the Girl Scouts of Nassau County, troops receive 10% for each subscription sold and candy or nut purchase, as well as personal recognitions such as patches, stuffed animals, and cd's.
