OH GIRL SCOUTS, WHERE ART THOU?
Garden City, NY March 11, 2008 –Are you or someone you know a former Gold Award, First Class Award or the Curved Bar Award recipient in Nassau County? Do you have fond memories of your Girl Scouting days? Don’t wait, contact the Girl Scouts of Nassau County to share your stories of the past and present.
“It would be wonderful to hear from former Girl Scout Award recipients to see where they are today,” said Donna Ceravolo, Executive Director, Girl Scouts of Nassau County. “Award recipients are girls who hold life’s lessons and values to a high regard and are likely leading a successful life.”
The Girl Scouts of Nassau County are seeking out role models who have held on to the lessons and values of the Girl Scouts and have a success story to offer the new generation of Girl Scouts.
If you or someone you know is a former Girl Scout with an intriguing success story, call Donna Rivera-Downey at 516-741-2250 ext. 260 or visit the Alumnae section of our website at www.gsnc.org.
