Keep Calm and Yoga On
Busy from morning until night? Sports, clubs and piano lessons…oh my! Hitting the books…oh how time flies! Need an outlet; a way to reduce your stress? Learn yoga poses and breathing techniques that put you in control of calming your body and your mind! These powerful skills aren’t dated; they’re good for a lifetime!
COST: $10 per registered Girl Scout; $10 per adult
IMPORTANT: Please arrive 5 minutes prior to the start of the program. Leaders Free. No Tag-alongs. Girls should wear proper athletic attire, please bring a bottle of water and a yoga mat. Mats are mandatory for safety reasons. Patches and badges may be purchased at the GSNC Shop.
