Camp is a place for girls to try new things and be themselves. Whether it’s Sleep Away Camp, Day Camp, or Camping with her Troop, there’s always tons to choose from.
And guess what? Camping doesn’t have to stop once summer is over; opportunities are available throughout the year for both Troops and individual girls. From first grade to high school senior, Camp offers a year full of fun, friends and new ways for your girl to shine!
Located in beautiful East Hampton, Camp Blue Bay Sleepaway Camp is the perfect place for girls to explore their dreams, discover what they love and learn new skills that build strong values and confidence! She can enjoy water sports, swim in the bay, learn a new campfire song, play games or do a new craft.
At Camp Blue Bay, she will leave behind her dependency on electronic entertainment and find ways to reach out to others under the canvas of a tent or with a group in a Troop House. Life-long friendships are made at camp!
One of the experiences unique to Girl Scouting. Add the scenic beauty of Camp Blue Bay and you have the perfect setting to discover the wonders of nature. With the help of camp trained adults, girls might learn how to cook in a box oven, enjoy a nature walk, work on badges set in the great outdoors and so much more.
Offered throughout the year at Camp Blue Bay for both individual girls and Troops. Designed to ease a girl and volunteer into the camping experience, they are offered to a particular level of Girl Scout based on a theme or badge, with the assistance of experienced volunteers. Parent/Child weekends are also available at different times during the year.
