Camp Blue Bay is located in East Hampton, Long Island. It is owned by Girl Scouts of Nassau County and has operated as a summer camp since 1947. With its spacious 179 acres, beautiful beachfront on Gardiner's Bay and scenic trails, Camp Blue Bay offers girls a variety of experiences and activities.

Girls live in platform tents with cots, 4 campers to a tent. There are ten tents to a Unit (8 tents with girls, 2 tents with staff) and a wash house with flush toilets and hot showers. One unit allows for 24 campers to live indoors in a troop house.

A typical day will include a variety of activities such as swimming, boating, arts & crafts, sports and games, nature, hiking, campfires and cooking, just to name a few. Some activities are planned to include the entire camp.

Three meals a day are served family style in our Dining Hall. You will also have the opportunity to cook out over a fire with the girls.

In working with your unit, you will be helping the campers plan the activities they would like to do.

How do I apply?
Please download the application and three reference forms. Mail the completed application to the address below or email to BissettL@gsnc.org and distribute the three reference forms to be returned directly to us.
