Girl Scouts of Nassau County's Operation Cookie
LOCAL SEND-OFF AT MARINE BASE ON MAY 2nd
Another 2,000 boxes of Cookies will be given to our local servicemen and women serving at the Garden City Marine Corp base. Girls who collected monetary donations for at least 100 boxes of Cookies will take part in the Ceremony and unloading of the Cookies.

Over the past 6 years, Girl Scouts of Nassau County with the help from DHL has shipped over 250,000 boxes of Girl Scout Cookies® to our servicemen and women in Iraq, Afghanistan andsurrounding areas.
These Girl Scout Cookies® come from community members who purchase cookies for our Troops rather than for themselves through our program, Operation Cookie. Please help us by donating to Operation Cookie or asking someone you know to donate one or two boxes of Girl Scout Cookies® to GSNC’s program. Thank-you for your support.
THANK THE NATIONAL GUARD BY DONATING COOKIES TO OPERATION COOKIE!
During Hurricane Sandy, the National Guard came to our rescue by helping many communities on Long Island and in Nassau County. This year, as a "Thank You", Girl Scouts of Nassau County will be giving a portion of the Cookies donated to Operation Cookie to the National Guard. A great way to say "Thanks" is to donate Girl Scout Cookies through Operation Cookie.
HOW TO SUPPORT OPERATION COOKIE!
Please help us by donating to Operation Cookie! Our goal for 2013 is to ship 60,000 boxes
to support our military personnel overseas, at home and in our local VA hospitals.
** Buy a box or two of your favorite Girl Scout Cookies® from a Girl Scout in your area and designate the box for Operation Cookie!
** Donate directly to Operation Cookie by filling out the attached form and mailing it back to GSNC with your payment method enclosed.
