Camp Blue Bay is located on Gardiners Bay in East Hampton, Long Island NY.

Outdoor Training for Adults

Outdoor Training for Adults: Girl Scouts of Nassau County provides Outdoor Training courses to help Girl Scout volunteers prepare themselves and the girls they work with to enjoy outdoor experiences together. Training will introduce progression in the out-of-doors, review camp facilities and provide basic skills for outdoor program. Under the guidance of trained and enthusiastic adults, girls may take their first hike, build their first campfire and sleep under the stars for the first time. This training is required for a Troop to participate in Traditional Troop Camping.

Summer Adventures Troop Camping

Summer Adventures Troop Camping provides an opportunity for Troops to camp during the summer months and take advantage of the activities offered during summer camp; including swimming, boating, nature, arts & crafts, campfires and more. Troops need to have one adult per 8 girls to attend; no training required; all meals will be served in the Dining Hall. Troops are responsible for their own transportation.

Council Camp Programs for Troops

Council Camp Programs are offered throughout the year, allowing Troops to camp with no Camp Training required. Designed for different levels of Girl Scouting, based on a specific theme, badge or journey. A great way to experience camp for the first time.
