* If the processing date falls on a weekend or holiday,
applications will be processed on the next business day.

Please Note:

  • A $50.00 non-refundable, non-transferable fee MUST accompany the application signed by an Association Camping Consultant.   No applications will be accepted for processing without the proper fee and signatures.
  • Applications received before the receipting dates will be returned unprocessed.  This ensures that all Troops and Associations have the same opportunity. 

  • The Girl Scouts of Nassau County webs-site will be updated regularly for site availability after the initial processing date for each season.   No information on availability will be given via telephone.
