Summer Adventures Participant Guide

This program provides an opportunity for troops to camp during the summer months and take advantage of the activities offered at summer camp; including swimming, boating, nature, arts & crafts, campfires and more. Troops need only to have one adult per each 8 girls to attend - no training required.

Limited number of participants per program, most accommodations will be in a tent unit, 4 girls to a tent, limited dormitory style indoor space available where noted on the schedule. All meals will be served in the Dining Hall. Troops responsible for their own transportation.

$100 per person

$25 per person non-refundable deposit required to register.

Registration

Will be on a first-come, first-served basis by submitting the required deposit and Summer Troop Camping Application

Registration Instructions

* Submit one application per troop/group.

* Fill in all information. Incomplete applications will be returned.

* Be sure to complete the Program Roster on back of application.

* Attach a $25.oo per person, non-refundable, non-transferable deposit.

* This is a girl program, Please limit adults attending to the 1 to 8 ratio.

 

Confirmations

Once placed, you will receive a confirmation packet including:

**Placement letter, additional information, driving directions and balance due statement

**Summer Adventures Permission Slip/Health Form/Code of Conduct Agreement Form (one per girl)

**Summer Adventure Volunteer Adult Health Information Form (one per adult)

**Summer Adventure Troop Guide (one per troop)

**Summer Adventure Participant Guide (one per girl)

All completed forms and balances are due by June 1, 2014
