CONSUMER SURVEY 2008

Please take a few minutes to answer the following questions that will help us plan for the future. In order to conserve energy and save money in the face of skyrocketing fuel prices, dozens of municipalities, state governments and Girl Scout Councils across the country are moving to a 4 day work week. Girl Scouts of Nassau County is considering this option, but must consider the impact such a decision would have on its program and services. Please help inform our decision by answering a few questions:

1. The current hours of Council operation for the Shop and Service Center are convenient for me
(Mon - Fri 9 am to 5 pm, Thurs 5 pm to 8 pm, Sat 10 am to 1 pm).


2. In addition to the existing Saturday hours, it would be helpful to me if Council hours were extended as follows: during the week (e.g., Mon - Wed 8:30 am to 6 pm, Thursday 8:30 am to 8 pm).



3. It would be inconvenient for me if Council and its services (Shop, Cookie Cupboard, Resource Room, etc.) were to be closed one day per week, even if the other weekday hours were extended.
