Girl Scouting builds girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place.

Trip Application

A Trip Application is required for each activity held beyond the troop meeting place.  A Trip Application is necessary to ensure that the activity is consistent with GSNC's Policies, Standards and Guidelines, and with Girl Scout Program Standards described in 2010 Safety Activity Checkpoints and Volunteer Essentials 2010. Your Safety-Wise book has been replaced by these documents. Girl Scout insurance is in effect only for activities that meet these requirements.  This form should be filled out at least two weeks prior to the trip or event.

For Association Events, Troop/Individual attendance information goes to the Event Chair and this Trip Application is not required.

Trip Applications for Extended Trips (3 sleepover nights or more) require the purchase of additional insurance through Council, and must be submitted one month prior to departure.
